Learned counsel for petitioners submits that main suit has been ripe for evidence and, as a matter of fact, plaintiff-respondent herein has filed his affidavit in examination-in-chief. 2.

In view of the same, I deem it appropriate not to meddle with impugned order dated 20-09-2015 passed Additional District Judge, Aurangabad in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 70 of 2014. 3.

Having regard to the stage as has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Civil Judge, Junior Division, Aurangabad may dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 54 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, if trial has already commenced, preferably within a period of six months, from the date receipt of writ of this order. 4.
