After the matter was heard for some time, the petitioners seek leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to have the Election Petition No.1/2015, pending before the Trial Court, expedited. 2.

Learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 does not oppose the said request.

In the light of the statement made on instructions, this petition is disposed of, as having been withdrawn. Since the election results have been declared on 06/08/2015 and the election petition is instituted on 25/08/2015, the petitioners are granted liberty to move an application before the learned Civil Judge, J.D. Lohara praying for khs/Sept. 2015/9695-d
