It appears that a clerical mistake was committed by the learned counsel for the applicant in mentioning crime number as crime no. I-97/06, registered with Jinsi Police Station, while, in fact, the crime number was I-442/07, registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station, as the Sessions Case No. 204/2009 remained the same.

In the circumstances, leave to correct the prayer clause (B) of the application is hereby granted. The necessary correction be made during the course of the day.
