1] It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that orally the petitioners had represented the authorities that because of cyclone the loss has been caused. It is on account of natural calamity and they are entitled for the aid as per the Government Resolution dated 30th January, 2014. The panchanama was carried out by the revenue authorities and the proposal is forwarded to respondent no.4.

2] It appears that as per the Government Resolution, the State Executive Committee has to consider the claim and approval of the said Committee is necessary. We do not find the proposal of the said Committee on

Be that as it may, in case the proposal is forwarded by the authorities with regard to the aid, as may be applicable as per the Government Resolution dated 30th January, 2014 then the same may be processed in accordance with law and policy of the Government, on its own merits, preferably within nine [9] months. 3] The Authorities are entitled to consider all the aspects of the matter regarding maintainability of the claim and all other aspects relevant for determination. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
