1) The application is filed for extension of interim relief granted by this Court in Civil Revision application No. 11 of 2015. The matter decision was pronounced on 14/08/2015. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on that date decision was pronounced. He submits that judgment was uploaded on 28/8/2015 and so he could not get copy immediately, till 20/09/2015. So, he requested for continuation of interim relief.

2) He made statement that copy of application was served on other side. In view of the submission and believing in the statement time of 15 days is consumed and for that period the copy could not be delivered. So, the application is allowed. Interim relief is to continue for more 15 days from today. Application is disposed of. (T.V. NALAWADE, J. ) mnp
