The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0300/2018, registered with Basmath City Police Station, District Hingoli, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 488, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and the related papers.

All the co-accused have already been granted bail. The present applicant has been behind the bars for little over one and half years. The role allegedly played by him in the crime is similar to who have been enlarged on bail. He too is therefore granted bail in terms of following order.

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii)The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0300/2018, registered with Basmath City Police Station, District Hingoli, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 488, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code Of the Indian Penal Code, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.

(iii)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
