Upon perusal of paragraph 4 of the order dated 25th September, 2014, it is required to be observed that Criminal Revision Application No.202 of 2013 was decided by this Court on its merits. 2.

In view thereof, the claim made by the applicants, that by order dated 25th September, 2014, this Court had dismissed Revision No.202 of 2013 in default, is incorrect.

If the order dated 25th September, 2014 is to be set aside as prayed, it would amount to review, which is not permissible. 4.

For the reasons stated above, Criminal Application stands dismissed.
