On the application expressing grievance of the Petitioner, Respondent No.2/Director of Education (Primary) issued a communication, dated 08/11/2023, to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, calling upon him to express his view. The said issue is still pending since the Education Officer has not responded.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.4/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, to

10606.24wp (2) submit his detailed explanation to Respondent No.2/ Director of Education (Primary), within a period of 21 days from today. Thereafter, the Director of Education (Primary), shall deal with the grievance of the Petitioner and take an appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 30/11/2024.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
