The learned advocate for the applicant submitted that, as per the order dated 01.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court, the applicant has undergone surgery. However, he requires a further period of three weeks for complete recovery. In support of his submissions, the learned advocate has produced a clinical note/prescription of the doctor in which the doctor has stated that three weeks time is required for the applicant to get recovered, however, reasons are not stated by the doctor. 2.

Conisdering the reasons stated in the application, three weeks time, as sought for, is granted by way of last chance from today. After three weeks, the applicant shall surrender himself before the concerned jail authority and report accordingly. 3.
