Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Though the non applicant Nos. 4 to 6 are served, but they remained absent.

By the present application, the applicants pray for condonation of delay of 16 days caused while lodging the appeal on the ground that while obtaining the certified copy and collecting some other documents, delay has been caused.

Per contra, the learned Counsel appearing for the non applicant Nos. 1 to 3 strongly opposed the application on the ground that no delay has been sufficiently explained by the applicants. 4.

Needless to say that the applicants have sought for condonation of delay of 16 days caused due to obtaining the certified copies and collecting some other documents, which appears to be bona-fide and substantial. Therefore, the delay caused while lodging the appeal, is hereby condoned. No order as to costs. 6.

The civil application is disposed of.
