The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dues of the Bank are taken over by the Government and the Government has decided to make payments to all the employees by virtue of the Government Resolution dated 09/11/2022. In pursuance of the said Government Resolution, the Government has initiated process to pay all the employees.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the above process of payment and more particularly in view of the Government Resolution dated 09/11/2022, no cause survives in the petition.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition No.11540 of 2022 is disposed of.
