Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that though the Petitioner has filed a number of applications to the concerned police authority i.e. Sub Divisional Police Officer, Ambajogai, copies of which were addressed to Deputy Superintendent of Police, no cognizance of the said complaints has been taken by the said authority.

Since the Petitioner and the accused are residing within the jurisdiction of Bardapur Police Station, we direct the in-charge of the police station, Bardapur to look into the reports/applications of the Petitioner and take

appropriate decision on the said reports/applications and if necessary, initiate the action if the allegations are found to be true.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Since, Mr.R.D. Sanap, the learned counsel is appointed as Amicus Curie to prosecute the cause of the petitioner, his fees be paid as per the schedule of fees maintained by the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. 5.
