The application is filed for condoning the delay of 194 days in filing Civil Revision Application against the impugned order dated 24.11.2017 passed below Exhibit No.1 in Misc. Application 29 of 2013.

There is no oppose to the application and therefore, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to costs of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court Bombay, at Aurangabad.
