The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondent no. 4 are ad-idem that the Government Resolution has been issued on 27.12.2018 pursuant to the judgment of this Court granting the benefit of the Government Resolution 30.10.2009.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have retired between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009. They are not given the benefit of Government Resolution dated 30.10.2009. This Court in Writ Petition No. 8985 of 2011 has held that the same would also apply to those who have retired between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009 and now subsequently Government Resolution has been issued on 27.12.2018.

In view of that, the respondents after verifying the date of retirement of the petitioners and their entitlement and if they come to the conclusion that the petitioners have

3 wp 11358.18 retired between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009 and are entitled for the benefit of Government Resolution dated 27.12.2018 shall sanction the said benefit within a period of six (6) months from today. 4.

The writ petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
