This is an application filed by the Insurance Company to stay the execution and operation of the impugned award dated 26.8.2016, passed in W.C. N.F.A. No. 11 of 2015 by the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation at Parbhani.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the Insurance Company has deposited entire amount of compensation with the Commissioner of the Employee's Compensation and Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani. Since the appeal is pending, learned counsel prayed to direct the Commissioner not to permit the

ca11913.17 respondent no.1 to withdraw amount of compensation until further orders.

In view of above, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
