The grievance of the petitioner is as against the communication dated 02.09.2022 by the Regional Director, CBSE, Pune. 2.

The learned Advocate Mr.S.B.Deshpande caused an appearance on behalf of the respondents and had sought time to take instructions. Today, he informs on written instructions from the respondents that the impugned communication dated 02.09.2022 would be withdrawn by the concerned authorities. Each case of the students set out by the khs/Dec.2022/10254

- 2 - petitioner would be scrutinized in accordance with the rules applicable and a reasoned order would be passed, if any adverse conclusion is to be drawn.

The respondents at this stage make a gracious statement that if any of the students or the petitioner, desire to submit a special note with regard to each of the students, they may do so, as expeditiously as possible and ensure that the note (s) reaches respondent No.2 on or before 15.12.2022. Liberty to send such note duly signed, by e-mail or as an attachment to an e-mail to respondent No.2. Thereafter, respondent No.2 may arrive at a decision as noted above, within 21 days thereafter.
