ORAL ORDER:

By separate order passed by this Court in First Appeal Stamp No.28912/2017, the First Appeal has been already admitted by this Court.

For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire amount under the award with interest in this Court within 12 weeks from

C.A. No.12550/2017 today without fail. It is made clear that, no further extension will be granted. If the amount is not deposited within the time prescribed, the stay granted by this Court today shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. If any application for withdrawal is made by the claimants, the same would be considered on its own merits.

Civil Application is made absolute in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
