The learned Advocate for the PIL Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 2.
The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'C' and 'D' as under :- "C. That by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent authorities specially the respondent no.4 and 5 may kindly be directed to make enquiry about the tender process and work done by the contractor as per the tender issued by the respondent no.6 and work order dt. 30.09.2021 in respect of repairing of internal roads of the village khs/Mar.2024/52
- 2 - Nighoj, Tq. Parner, Dist.Ahmednagar and after enquiry, if found illegality and irregularity then take action against the responsible persons.
D. That, the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 may kindly be directed to appoint the competent person for the detail enquiry in respect of the alleged work done by the contractor in respect of internal roads repairing of the Nighoj as per the tender issued by the Grampanchayat dt.20.09.2021."

This Petition was filed on 13/14.09.2022. Amount of Rs.1,50,000/- has been deposited in this Court by the Petitioner. On 07.07.2023, none was present for the Petitioner. 4.
Since the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition, the same is disposed off as withdrawn. It be noted that the Petitioner is now precluded from initiating any proceedings in the said cause considering the prayers reproduced above.

The amount of Rs.1,50,000/- deposited by the Petitioner in this Court on 04.07.2023, shall be returned alongwith accrued interest, by the Registry to the Petitioner.
