The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, respondent no.3 has withdrawn the Appeal filed by respondent no.3. The amount deposited by respondent no.3 is pending before this Court. The applicant is the original claimant. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the amount. 3.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsels, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
