The Petitioner, who is a businessman, prays that a Writ of Mandamus be issued to the Municipal Council, Sillod, to include his name in the municipal records in relation to his plot set out in the legal notice dated 23.05.2023 served upon the Council.

Considering the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the Municipal Council to deal with the application of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders within sixty [60] days from the date of service of this order.
