PER COURT :- 1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

2] On the basis of the order passed by the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Aurangabad, under Section 25(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the Recovery Certificate has been issued. For recovery of amount under Recovery Certificate, the Collector will have to take proper steps as provided under Code for revenue recovery.

3] After having heard the learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, we are of the view that necessary direction is required to be issued to the Collector, to take steps for recovery of amount. Hence, we pass the following order :- AGP/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) WP NO.10064 of 2014 [i] The District Collector shall take appropriate steps for ensuring recovery of amount under the Recovery Certificate issued by the District Consumer Redressal Forum, as expeditiously as possible and recover amount within four months. Writ Petition disposed of.
