The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the pay-scale of trained Head Master from 14.6.1999 to 31.5.2007 and of trained primary teacher from 1.6.2007 to 20.3.2010. 2.

The representation is made by the petitioner on 16.11.2012 to the respondent no.3, but no steps are taken by respondent no.3 as yet. 3.

In case the proposal filed by the petitioner (Exhibit 'C') is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months.
