In case, proposal of the petitioners for approval to their appointment as peon is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision on it, in accordance with the law and policy, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of order. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
