ORDER:
1.
All these Applications are filed seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court in the matters, which are disposed of by way of settlement in the Lok-Adalat. I am surprised that the said applications are filed before this Court. In fact, there was no need of filing of any such applications and the applicants would have straightway approached to the Registry and could have withdrawn the amount as per the orders passed by the Lok Adalat or in terms of the Award passed in the matters. It has also to be stated that once the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat, this Court ceases control over the said matter. It is not brought to my notice whether the claimants had approached before the Registrar and he has refused to pay the amount. In the circumstances, these applications are unwarranted.
2.
The Civil Applications stand disposed of.
3.
It would be open for the claimants to approach the Registrar and file necessary applications before the Registrar for withdrawal of the amount.
[P.R.BORA] JUDGE DDC
