Mr. Dhage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.5 had forwarded incomplete proposal for sanctioning the amount of Provident Fund. Respondent No.5 be directed to forward the complete proposal of the petitioner to respondent No.6 for sanctioning the amount of Provident Fund. 2.

We have heard the learned Asstt. Government Pleader. 3.

Respondent No.5 shall forward the complete proposal for sanctioning the amount of Provident Fund payable to the

(2) WP No.13187/2017 petitioner, to respondent No.6 as admissible expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks. On receipt of the said proposal, respondent No.6 shall process the same expeditiously.
