PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant could deposit only Rs.6,00,000/- and seeks extension of time to deposit remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/-.

This Court had directed the applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of order that is 22.09.2021 and another Rs.6,00,000/- within a period of two weeks thereafter. The applicant has only deposited Rs.6,00,000/-.

Considering the reasons given, we extend time to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/-

(2) 988-ca-11558-2021 by four weeks from today. The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from today and remaining amount of Rs.6,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from today.

In case, applicant fails to deposit the amount as directed under the present order, the interim relief shall axiomatically stand vacated. 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.
