We have heard Mr. V.B. Dhage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S.B. Deshpande, learned ASG for respondent No. 4 and Mrs. G.L. Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for petitioners that the objection filed by the petitioners under section 3-H(4) of the National Highway Act is not yet decided by the competent authority. 3.

The learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondent
