As usual the office objections were not removed, hence the Registrar passed the order. Now the learned Counsel for the petitioner as usual says that it is inadvertent mistake. Such types of applications are repeatedly coming to the Court showing the performance of the practitioners. It shows the casual approach. The Registrar (Judicial) is not appointed formally. The powers conferred upon him are the powers of the High Court. Such type of objections are taken with a view that the matter should not unnecessarily be kept pending and the matter should be sent to the Court ready by all means. Our liberal view is to be again applied to protect the interest of the petitioner. However Counsel for the petitioner voluntarily ready to donate Rs. 2000/- to the High Court Registry for the purpose of Government Dispensary, Aurangabad. On statement, we

The order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 25.07.2022 stands quashed and set aside.

The office objections be removed within a week from today. 4.

If the office objections are not removed, the order impugned dated 25.07.2022 would be automatically restored. 5.
