The petitioner's proposal is stated to be pending with the respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, for invalidation of tribe claim. It is being pointed out that his father and real sister possess certificate of validity, apart from several other validities in blood relationship.

Considering the urgency, in the light of the fact that the petitioner has been allotted college for undertaking engineering course in the current admission process, we dispose of the petition directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee tomorrow i.e. on 10 September 2024 and request the Committee to decide the proposal as early as possible.
