The application is filed for recalling of order dated 3rd September, 2015 whereby the appeal stood dismissed against respondent Nos.5 and 6, since no steps were taken to serve them. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, the correct address of respondent Nos.5 and 6 is already mentioned in the cause title of this application. As such, the application stands allowed in terms prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.
