The present First Appeal is placed before us in today's Lokadalat.

Shri. S. G. Chapalgaonkar, the learned Counsel for the appellant, wants to withdraw the instant appeal. He placed the pursis to that effect. It is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant and lying with this Court may be transmitted to the learned Member,

In view of the above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

[i] The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of Pursis at "X".

[ii] The amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, be transmitted to the learned MACT, Parbhani for the withdrawal by the claimants, according to law. [iii] The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. [iv] Pending Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of.
