It is an application for stay moved by the applicant/appellant. Heard Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh, learned counsel for appellant and Mr. S. B. Madde, learned counsel for respondent No.2. Mr. Manoj Shinde, learned counsel for respondent No.1 is neither present in the Court hall nor available virtually when the matter is called out. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for appellant submits that the appellant has deposited the entire decretal amount under the impugned award on 2nd February, 2022 in this Court and complied the order passed earlier by this Court dated 21st January, 2022. O R D E R

I.

The civil application for stay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed in MACP No.24 of 2014 by the Member, MACT, Ahmedpur, is hereby stayed till final decision of the appeal.

Inform to the concerned Tribunal accordingly. IV.
