ORAL ORDER :

Heard. Learned A.G.P. appears for respondents No.1 and 4 and Mr. Girase, learned counsel appears for respondents No.2 and 3. The petitioner claims to belong to Rajput Bhamta (Vimukta Jati). The petitioner has been admitted in respondent No.2 institution for M. Tech postgraduate course as against a seat earmarked for Vimukta Jati. The petitioner contends that, the caste certificate issued in her favour has been referred to respondent No.4 Scrutiny Committee for verification and the

W.P. No.10032/2015 matter is still pending.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No.4 Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of verification of the caste certificate issued in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. 3.

In the meanwhile, the respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to declare the result of the petitioner for Fourth Semester of M. Tech (Polymer Technology) examination forthwith.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
