PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by directing the Divisional Commissioner to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner on 18.7.2018 objecting the order of transfer issued by the Chief Executive Officer, in accordance with the scheme relating to transfer of employees of the Zilha Parishad, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.
