Heard both the sides. For the reasons stated in the civil application, delay of 36 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the entire amount under the award is deposited before this court along with interest. In view of this the interim stay granted by this court stands confirmed. Civil application seeking stay is accordingly disposed of.
