Order issued by this Court on 09.02.2015 in Writ Petition No. 11625/2014 has been complied with and the decision has been rendered by the Tahsildar on 15.01.2016. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law for redressal of his grievance. Contempt petition is not entertainable and accordingly stands disposed of. 2.
The concerned authority while dealing with the appeal that may be presented by petitioner, shall consider the factum of pendency of petition in this Court and the time taken by the authority i.e. Tahsildar in disposing of the matter, while considering the application seeking condonation of delay in presenting appeal.
