The present application is filed for taking on record the legal representatives of deceased Digambarrao Krishnarao Jinturkar i.e. original claimant No.2 on record in the X-Objection as well as in the appeal. Learned A.G.P. does not have any objection for allowing the present application. In paragraph No.5 of the application, statement is made that except the persons named in the application, there are no other legal representatives of the deceased.
