Shri. V. G. Salgare, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners in all these matters have retired between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009 and are entitled for benefit of the Government Resolution dt. 27.12.2018.

The similar matters are decided. In view of that, we follow the same course.

The respondents shall after confirming the date of retirement of the petitioner and after the conclusion that the petitioner had retired between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009, shall accord the benefit to the petitioner of Government Resolution dated 27.12.2018 within a period of four (4) months from the date of service of present order upon the respondents by the petitioner. 4.
