DATE : 16 SEPTEMBER 2016 ORDER:

1) The application is filed by original petitioner of Writ Petition No.6601 of 2016 for giving him some time to vacate the premises. Other side has strong objection. Other side counsel has produced copies of orders made by this Court in Review Application No.51/2011 dated 11th March 2011, Civil Revision Application No.101/2013 dated 7th December 2015 and Civil Revision Application No.120/2010 dated 1st March 2011.

2) In Writ Petition No.6601/2016 this Court has already observed that the present applicant has done everything to see that process of law is misused and things are protracted. Even cost of Rs.25,000/- is also imposed. In view of these circumstances it is not a fit case to grant any time to the applicant. The application is rejected. The request for cancellation of the order of the cost is rejected.
