In both these Writ Petitions, the petitioners are seeking a limited relief i.e. seeking direction to Respondent no.2-Committee to decide the statutory appeals filed by the petitioners thereby challenging the orders passed by competent authority rejecting the application for 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe Certificates as early as possible. 2.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances, we direct Respondent No.2- Committee to decide the statutory appeals filed by the petitioners within a period of one month from today.
