Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondentinsurance company. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application seeking withdrawal of amount and having regard to the objections raised by the appellant-insurance company in its memo of appeal in exception to the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

i) Presently, the applicant is permitted to

941-CA-13404-2018 .odt (2) withdraw a lump sum amount of Rs.

10,00,000/- from the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of one year and if so required, for the further period till disposal of the appeal.
