This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2 to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

2) On re-determination of the amount of compensation payable to the petitioners by the Collector, Beed, the amount so determined shall be

disbursed to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from the date of such determination by Respondent No.3. 3) With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
