Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 88 days condoned in filing criminal appeal. The appellant/applicant is original accused in Special Case (POCSO) No.21/2009. He has been convicted by learned Special Judge, under POCSO Act, Amalner, Dist. Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376A, 354, 323, 341, 363, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 5(m), 8, 12 of the POCSO Act. It appears that the appellant was never released on bail throughout the trial.

Cri.Appln_3170_2023 For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the application, the application stands allowed and disposed of.

Delay stands condoned.
