On 2.8.2014 direction has been given by this Court to transmit the compensation amount to the Trial Court which is lying in this Court. However, till today that direction is not complied by the Office.

Therefore, the Registrar (Judicial), is directed to look into the matter personally and to see that the direction issued by this Court on 2.8.2014 in Rejected Case No. 447 of 2010 in First Appeal Stamp No. 16017 of 2009 and connected appeals, is complied within two weeks from the date of passing of this order.
