Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. The application is fled for setting aside the order dated 01.03.2022 passed by learned Registrar of this Court whereby registration of First Appeal (St.) No. 6817 of 2021 was refused since the applicants could not furnish death certifcate of applicant No.1 within the stipulated period. Now the learned Counsel for the applicants has assured to remove such objections within the period of two weeks. In view of the same, the order dated 01.03.2022 is recalled subject to removal of all the offce objections in FA (St.) No. 6817 of 2021 within two weeks from the date of this order. The delay if any, also stands condoned. 1.

The application is disposed of.
