Applicants are seeking disbursal of amount of Rs.57,44,816/- stated in the application.

There is a controversy in respect of the entitlement of the applicants as noted in the connected matter. Though presently only applicants are seeking disbursal of the amount, the interest of other claimants can not be overlooked.

In that view of the matter I propose to direct the claimants to receive amount of Rs.10,00,000/- in aggregate on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court for present.

Civil applications are partly allowed.

Applicants shall be disbursed Rs.10,00,000/-in aggregate in equal installments.
