DATE : 27th OCTOBER, 2021 PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that applications filed by the petitioners under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 are pending since 11th April, 2019. The report is already submitted to the Collector. The Collector in turn forwards the same to the Divisional Commissioner and thereafter Divisional Commissioner forwards it to the State Government. Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents. 2.

In case the applications of the petitioners under Section 36A of the MLR Code, 1966 are pending, the Collector shall forward it to respondent No. 2, preferably within a period of two months and respondent No. 2 on

926-WP-11950-21.odt receipt of the same, shall process it and forward the same to respondent No. 1, preferably within a period of three months from the date of its receipt. Respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon the said proposals within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the same, in accordance with law.
