Mr. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant would submit that the applicant was on bail during trial, so also during pendency of the appeal, he has not misused the liberty. He would submit that there are good ground for revision application. In that view of the matter, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Pending hearing and final disposal of matter, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with solvent surety of the like amount.

(iii) Bail be furnished before the trial Court within a period of three weeks.
