Heard learned Counsel for the Parties.

We are not inclined to interfere at the behest of the Petitioner, who has filed this petition on apprehension that though the Petitioner has lodged his objection, the State Government may not follow the second Proviso to Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act. It is settled proposition of law, which need not be reiterated that, the actions of the State will have to conform with the legal provisions. Learned AGP states that,
