Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The application is fled for setting aside the order dated 01.03.2022 passed by learned Registrar of this Court whereby registration of First Appeal (St.) No. 23354 of 2021 was refused, since the applicant could not remove the offce objections within the stipulated period. Now the learned Counsel for the applicant has assured to remove such objections within a period of two weeks. In view of the same, the order dated 01.03.2022 is recalled, subject to removal of all the offce objections in First Appeal (St.) No. 23354 of 2021 within two weeks from the date of this order. The delay if any, also stands condoned. 2.
